Founded by a longtime paramedic with 25+ years of hands-on experience in motorsports repair and fabrication, Lee Motorsports began as a humble speed shop in our garage. Over time, our dedication to doing it right the first time—and only offering products we’d use ourselves—transformed our passion into a full-scale business rooted in racing, reputation, and results.

Meet the Owner – Matt Lee
25+ years in public service. 30+ years in drag racing. One mission: Do it right the first time.
Matt Lee is the founder and driving force behind Lee Motorsports. A dedicated paramedic for over 25 years, Matt’s career in public service instilled a deep sense of responsibility, integrity, and customer care—principles he now brings to every aspect of his business, both on and off the race track. Whether he’s helping a fellow racer in the pits, repairing a customer’s ride, or advising a first-time buyer, Matt leads with honesty, precision, and a calm-under-pressure mindset forged from decades of real-world experience.
But long before the business was born, Matt was hooked on horsepower. With over 30 years in drag racing—from bracket battles to high-stakes, big-money events—he’s lived through the highs and heartbreaks that come with going fast. And through it all, one truth has held steady: cheap parts cost more in the long run.
“This sport is hard on equipment,” Matt says. “If money or safety is on the line, there’s no room for guesswork. You need to rely on quality parts, and that’s what I stand behind. I only sell what I would run myself—and I run it hard.”
